We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

Impleko is an AI automation agency building AI voice agents, SMS automation, CRM integrations, and custom software for service businesses across the US. Through our product brand InstantReply.ai, we help businesses respond to every lead instantly with done-for-you AI employees.

We're growing fast and need a sharp, data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to keep our pipeline full of qualified US prospects.

What you'll do:

• Research and build targeted lead lists in real estate, healthcare, home services, mortgage, legal, and coaching
• Enrich and verify contact data using Getleads, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Google Maps scraping
• Run cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach campaigns
• Qualify replies, handle first objections, and book discovery calls for the sales team
• Keep everything updated in GoHighLevel and report weekly on results
• A/B test messaging and maintain email deliverability

What we're looking for:

• 0.5 - 1 year in lead gen, SDR, or outbound sales (US market preferred)
• Hands-on with Apollo, Getleads, Sales Navigator, or similar
• Experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data cleaning, and CRMs (GHL a plus)
• Target-driven and organized, able to own weekly KPIs

Bonus if you have: SaaS/AI/agency prospecting experience, n8n, Apify, or outbound copywriting skills.
