Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential B2B clients through online research, directories, Google, LinkedIn and other sources.
• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and introduce Mobomo India's services.
• Understand the prospect's business, website, digital presence and marketing requirements.
• Generate and qualify leads based on business need, budget, decision-maker availability and requirement.
• Fix appointments/meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects who show interest and move them towards a meeting.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on assigned prospects.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Field Executive team for scheduled meetings.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, responses, follow-ups and appointment status.
• Share regular performance reports with the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
