Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

TruAssign buys houses for cash and connects investors with off-market deals. We need an experienced caller to fill the CRM with interested sellers.

You pull lists in PropStream, then call, text, and email from REsimpli. The acquisitions manager takes interested sellers from there and closes.

The day

• 200 calls on the REsimpli dialer, a four-hour block
• Texts and emails to those same list leads
• Every contact logged in the CRM
• Interested sellers handed to the acquisitions manager
• Daily scorecard: dials, conversations, and accepted leads

What success looks like

A lead counts when the acquisitions manager accepts it. That means a homeowner who will consider a cash sale and has agreed to a next call. The target is 2 accepted leads a day.

Compensation

• $3,200 a month base
• $40 for each accepted lead
• $4,800 a month at 40 accepted leads
• $57,600 a year at that target
• Paid as a 1099 contractor

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10 am – 7 pm Eastern
• Main dial block is 4 – 7 pm, when Eastern Time homeowners answer
• Saturday, 10 am – 2 pm, is a plus
• Five days a week

Requirements

• High-volume seller outreach already done, ideally for a cash buyer
• REsimpli, PropStream, or both
• Comfortable on a power dialer for a four-hour block
• Will follow a script and log every result
• Quiet place to work and reliable internet
