We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

Are you confident on the phone, great at building relationships, and motivated by turning conversations into opportunities?

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in generating quality leads and booking appointments for our field sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Generate quality leads and book appointments for field sales agents
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Work closely with internal teams to support customers and enhance satisfaction
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities

What we’re looking for:

✅ Previous outbound sales or lead generation experience
✅ Experience within the card payments industry is highly desirable
✅ Strong pitching, communication, and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of Adobe tools
✅ Good typing speed and strong attention to detail
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✅ A proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach
