We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team with a consistent pipeline of prospects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads through online research, social media, directories, and other platforms.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and target markets to identify relevant prospects.
• Build and maintain accurate lead databases with prospect names, contact information, company details, and other relevant data.
• Qualify leads based on predefined business requirements and criteria.
• Perform email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM and lead-tracking systems.
• Follow up with prospects and help move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
• Track lead-generation activities and prepare regular reports on results and performance.
• Ensure lead information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or Market Research.
• Good knowledge of online lead-generation techniques.
• Strong internet research and data collection skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
• Experience with email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with lead-generation platforms and business directories.
• Knowledge of email marketing and cold-email campaigns.
• Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Experience working with international clients or B2B markets is a plus.
