Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, articulate, and highly dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead our outreach and market expansion efforts. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, establishing connection points with key decision-makers and turning cold leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and profile target business clients across industries using LinkedIn, social platforms, and targeted digital channels.
• Initiate initial contact, introduce company solutions, and deliver engaging initial brand pitches.
• Maintain structured follow-ups, engage decision-makers across digital streams, and drive leads toward qualified conversion.
• Host introductory virtual or in-person meetings, serving as a primary brand ambassador.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with corporate accounts and prospective partners.

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client-Facing Customer Success.
• Confident, polished, and articulate professional presence suitable for direct interaction with business executives.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with high persuasive ability.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Facebook Business tools, Cold Emailing, and CRM platforms.
• Highly persistent in follow-ups with a natural ability to connect with diverse client personalities.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
