Lead Generation Specialist

**Qualification:**Any Graduate / Undergraduate (10+2 Min)

**Experience:**Minimum 1 year in International B2B Lead Generation Industry - MANDATORY

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other digital source.
• Build and maintain accurate lead databases with relevant contact and company information.
• Generate qualified business leads based on target industry, geography, and business requirements
• Maintain proper records of leads, updates, and lead status in internal trackers or CRM systems
• Identify relevant decision-makers and maintain structured lead records for future business opportunities
• Ensure regular data validation, database accuracy, and timely updating of lead information for business outreach activities

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience in B2B Lead Generation campaigns including Whitepapers, AG Campaigns, SQL, MQL, HQL, and BANT campaigns
• Candidates with prior experience working on BANT campaigns will be preferred
• Hands-on experience using online research and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
• Ability to effectively perform outbound outreach activities across target geographies
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and online prospecting
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel and internet research tools
• Good written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
