About the Role

Aflog is looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential brands, research decision-makers, and build a consistent pipeline of business opportunities for our marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Research brands and businesses that could benefit from Aflog’s marketing services.
• Identify relevant companies, brand managers, marketing heads, and founders.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with contact details.
• Identify potential opportunities across social media, influencer marketing, creative services, and digital marketing.
• Maintain and regularly update lead trackers and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the outreach team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects.

Requirements

• Strong internet research and data management skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead research tools.
• Ability to work with daily and weekly targets.
• Prior lead generation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Performance Metrics

• Number of relevant prospects researched.
• Accuracy and completeness of lead databases.
• Number of verified decision-maker contacts identified.
• Consistency of qualified leads passed to the outreach team.
