Lead Generation Team Lead

Refine Legacy is looking for a Lead Generation Team Lead to run a crew of lead generation reps. You'll be out in the community talking to homeowners and setting appointments, and you'll coach your team to do the same. Leadership experience helps, but we'll train the right person.

The Job

• Lead a team of reps at community events, local community spots, and residential outreach
• Talk with homeowners, qualify interest, and book consultations
• Set daily and weekly appointment targets for your team
• Train new reps on conversation openers, handling objections, and qualifying leads
• Shadow reps in the field and give real-time feedback
• Track team numbers and report results to management
• Make sure lead info is entered accurately in company systems
• Run short team huddles before each shift
• Step in on conversations to help reps close appointments
• Keep the team motivated, on schedule, and professional

You're a Fit If You

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Like talking to people and aren't afraid to start conversations
• Can motivate others and lead by example
• Show up on time and hold yourself and others accountable
• Stay organized and keep things running in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience in sales, customer service, retail, events, or a lead role (a plus, not required)
