Position: Lead Generative AI/Agentic AI Engineer

Pay Range: $65-70/hr. on W2

Location: Columbus Ohio 43219

Duration: Till 10/14/2027, with possible extension or conversion

Job Description/About the Role:

• Join a team building the future of enterprise AI.
• As a Lead Software Engineer, candidates will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and enable reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
• Candidates will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Full-Stack Development
• 7 plus years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• Generative AI Engineering
• 2 plus years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• Enterprise Application Development
• 5 plus years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Agile and Self-Starter Mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
