Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

The Window Brothers is a small window-cleaning business growing across Utah County. I’m the owner, and I’m building the first team around the business. I’m looking for someone who has already generated leads or booked appointments, follows through, and wants real room to grow while helping shape a local company from its early stage.

This is a part-time, commission-based field sales role working directly with me. Most early work will involve door-to-door conversations, local prospecting, and outbound calls to homes and small businesses. We will teach you the window-cleaning service and our mobile operations app. You bring prior hands-on experience finding prospects, starting conversations, following up, and booking qualified work. We want honest, friendly sales—never pressure.

What you’ll do

• Start respectful conversations with residential and small-business prospects.
• Explain our window-cleaning service clearly and set accurate expectations.
• Collect complete customer and property details in our mobile app.
• Schedule qualified estimates or jobs only in available time slots.
• Follow up assigned leads and record each call, text, appointment, and outcome.
• Coordinate directly with the owner whenever a quote or appointment needs clarification.
• Respect private property, no-soliciting notices, customer privacy, and local rules.

How pay works

• You earn 20% of customer service revenue actually collected from completed jobs you personally originate.
• A completed and paid $150 minimum job earns you $30. A completed and paid $400 job earns you $80.
• For example, three separate $400 jobs you originate that are later completed and paid produce $240 in total sales commission.
• Commission is earned after the job is completed and the customer’s payment clears.
• Commissions are paid weekly under a written payout schedule provided before work begins.
• Commission is the main pay. If a slow week’s commission does not equal the required minimum wage for all recorded work time, pay will be topped up to the legal minimum. When commission already exceeds that floor, there is no separate hourly amount added on top.
• Canceled, unpaid, refunded, or uncompleted jobs do not earn commission.
• Hours, appointments, jobs, and earnings are not guaranteed while the business is growing.
• All required working time will be recorded, and compensation will follow applicable wage and overtime requirements.

What I’m looking for

• At least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance for local field outreach.
• A smartphone with reliable service and willingness to use our mobile app.
• Comfortable walking outdoors, meeting new people, and handling rejection professionally.
• Clear, respectful communication and reliable follow-through.
• Honest recordkeeping, punctuality, and care with customer information.
• Prior hands-on experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, outbound appointment setting, lead generation, or a comparable prospecting role is required.
• You must report fit for duty and may not work, drive, solicit, or enter customer property while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or misused medication.

Schedule and location

• Flexible part-time field blocks agreed in advance.
• Customer service hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Field work is primarily in Utah County, beginning around Orem and Provo.
• This is an in-person role involving local driving and outdoor walking.
