Duties

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads across targeted industries
• Engage prospects through warm calling, establishing rapport and understanding their business needs
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track lead status, and manage follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further development and closing
• Develop and refine outreach strategies based on market trends and campaign performance
• Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer responses and campaign effectiveness
• Maintain a high level of customer service during all interactions, ensuring positive impressions of our brand

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on lead generation
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade prospects effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or business development is highly desirable
• Ability to handle outbound calling with confidence and professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
