OB POST: Lead Generator – Turn Your Network Into Income

Position: Lead Generator
Location: Pangasinan
Compensation: To be discussed during the interview

Do You Know a Lot of People?
What if the people you already know could become your next opportunity? We're looking for individuals who are naturally connected — the ones people go to for recommendations, introductions, and advice. If that sounds like you, we might have something worth your time.

About the Opportunity:
No sales pitch required. No experience needed. Just your network and your willingness to make a simple introduction. We'll handle the rest. This is a low-pressure way to earn — perfect for those who want extra income without a fixed schedule or a steep learning curve.

What You'll Do:

• Identify people within your network who might be interested in an opportunity we'll walk you through
• Make simple introductions or referrals — no selling, no closing, no pressure
• Share basic information with your contacts (family, friends, colleagues, community, social media, etc.)
• Coordinate with our team to hand off your referrals smoothly
• Keep a simple record of the people you've referred

Who We're Looking For:

• Has an active personal, professional, or community network
• Good communication and people skills
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Comfortable using messaging apps and basic online tools
• No prior sales experience needed — we'll walk you through everything

Why This Could Be For You:

• Completely flexible — do this alongside your current job, business, or daily routine
• Compensation and incentives will be discussed during the interview
• No cost, no risk, no pressure to "sell"
• A simple way to turn conversations you're already having into income

Preferred applicants are from the Pangasinan Area
