As we gear up for the next season, we’re looking to add a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to our team to help us reach new clients and grow our business.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Lead Generator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves making cold calls to property owners and managers to generate leads for our winter management services, including snow removal and de-icing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business growth.

Qualifications Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial property owners/managers.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads for Snow Queen’s winter management services.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of Snow Queen’s services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified prospects.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure leads are properly handled and followed up.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is an asset.
• Strong phone skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• A genuine interest in helping people and growing a business.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Additional pay: Commission pay

Flexible language requirement: French not required

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: Cold Calling: 1 year (preferred)

Language: English (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 1S2
