Job Responsibilities:
- Visit construction sites and identify potential elevator/escalator requirements.
- Meet with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers to generate leads.
- Collect project details and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead information.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation targets.
Key Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Field sales / lead generation experience
- Customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel and visit construction sites
- Basic knowledge of construction/real estate industry preferred
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
