Allied Builders Pro Inc. specializes in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels. We are looking for an energetic and professional Lead Generator to represent our brand inside a local tile retailer , engaging with customers and capturing high-quality leads.

Job Description

As a Lead Generator, you will:

• Engage with customer in a friendly and professional manner
• Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers
• Collect contact information and lead details using our lead capture system
• Follow up on inquiries promptly
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing booth
• Report daily activity and feedback to management

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a busy retail environment
• Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for lead capture
• Prior sales, customer service, or promotional experience preferred
• MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with all members visiting the booth
• Identify potential leads and qualify interest
• Collect accurate and complete contact information
• Ensure booth is stocked, tidy, and visually appealing
• Adhere to warehouse and company policies at all times

Compensation

• Hourly pay
• Possible performance bonuses for qualified leads
• $25 per qualified sit (lead must attend scheduled appt)
• $100 per closed job (in contract)

Schedule

• Flexible hours based on retail traffic and event schedule
• MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
