Lead Generator (LinkedIn / Outbound) — Remote

We're hiring a Lead Generator to run outbound LinkedIn and CRM-based lead generation for one of our recruitment clients. You'll manage the full outreach process from first message to booked call using proven, client-approved templates and a clear escalation process, so you're never guessing what to say or do next.

What You'll Do

• Run daily outbound lead generation on LinkedIn (and Sales Navigator, where provided) and the client's CRM (e.g. JobAdder)
• Send cold, warm, reactivation, and lead-magnet messages using approved templates
• Qualify and filter leads against the client's target audience
• Log and code every activity accurately in the CRM
• Monitor responses and route them to the right follow-up template
• Book discovery/sales calls on the client's behalf via Calendly
• Escalate anything outside your scope to the client instead of guessing
• Report your activity and results weekly

What We're Looking For

• Strong written English and message-writing skills
• Comfortable following a structured process precisely
• Good attention to detail, especially for CRM data entry
• Prior lead generation, sales development, or recruitment resourcing experience is a plus
• Reliable, self-managed, and able to hit daily activity targets

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
