About the Role Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a Lead Generator , you’ll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave’s services.

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers, and generate leads for sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policy.

• Ability to manage emotions when faced with rejection.

• Intuitive ability to gauge customer interest.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to move conversations toward a decision and ask for appointment commitments.
• Able to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for apps, email, and text.
• Ability to work weekends.
