Hiring: Experienced Verifiers / Fronters

We are looking for experienced and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team for the positions of Verifier / Fronter.

Job Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls with potential customers.

Verify customer information accurately and professionally.

Communicate confidently and maintain a professional tone.

Follow campaign scripts, procedures, and quality standards.

Meet daily and monthly performance targets. Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

Work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

Previous call center experience is required. Experience as a Verifier, Fronter, or Sales/Outbound Agent will be preferred. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.

Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively. Punctual, disciplined, and professional.

Fresh candidates may not be considered for this position.
