Lead - GI Retail Credit Control

Track and analyze outstanding balances and aging trends by monitoring receivables and conducting structured aging analysis to ensure timely identification of overdue accounts and follow-ups on overdue customers. Implement retail credit policy and early warning actions by identifying risk signals and escalating high-risk or non-responsive accounts to ensure timely intervention and minimize credit risk. Execute customer communication campaigns (SMS, calls, and formal notices) by handling outreach activities and coordinating contact strategies to improve response rates and support collection recovery. Ensure collection follow-ups and recovery actions by coordinating with internal teams on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce outstanding balances. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all collection activities by monitoring adherence to controls and standards to ensure proper governance and reduce operational risk. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Follow and implement the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work within required SLA. Comply with all relevant regulations and internal Allianz policies and code of conduct to maintain Allianz s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risk.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of experience in collections, receivables, or credit control. Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or a related field
