Premium Glass Co. is a commercial glazing subcontractor based in Memphis, Tennessee, serving general contractors across multiple states throughout the Mid-South region. We install storefront, curtain wall, entrance systems, interior glass, and architectural glazing systems on projects of all sizes. The Role

We're looking for an experienced Lead Glazier who can do the work and lead the people doing it. You'll be running multiple crews: setting the plan each morning, training and developing installers, holding everyone to our quality and safety standards, and keeping the office and GC informed. Day to day activities will include on-site diagnosis, maintenance, and servicing of door hardware. This is a great fit for a strong glazier ready to step into leadership, or a proven foreman who wants to help shape a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Install storefront, curtain wall, entrance systems, windows, mirrors, doors, and interior glazing systems
• Lead a crew of installers: assign daily tasks, set expectations, and keep the team productive
• Train, coach, and mentor newer glaziers and helpers
• Handle crew scheduling, attendance, and timesheet accuracy
• Address performance issues directly and fairly, and recognize good work
• Review drawings, field-verify dimensions, and flag problems before they cost time
• Communicate daily with the office and GC superintendents on progress, materials, and issues
• Keep jobsites safe, clean, and OSHA compliant
• Complete punch lists and quality checks before turnover

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial glazing installation experience
• At least 1 to 2 years leading a crew or serving as a foreman
• Strong hands-on skills with a variety of glazing methods (Kawneer, Trulite, CRL, FHC, or similar)
• Ability to read architectural and shop drawings
• A steady, respected leader who communicates clearly and keeps a crew motivated
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 a plus)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to travel to jobsites across the Mid-South, including occasional overnights

Nice to Have

• Lift/aerial equipment certifications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish); PREFERRABLE
• Commercial, Healthcare, education, or general retail project experience

Pay: $26.03 - $31.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
