Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Google Cloud Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives, define cloud architecture roadmaps, and provide technical leadership for large-scale migration, modernization, security, and operations programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives from on-premises and other cloud platforms to GCP.
• Design infrastructure solutions covering compute, storage, networking, security, automation, and disaster recovery.
• Define cloud governance, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to develop cloud strategies.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and customer discussions.
• Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and automation frameworks.
• Establish monitoring, logging, backup, resilience, and cost optimization strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cloud engineering teams.
• Support presales activities, solution estimates, and proposal development.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and infrastructure services.
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Compute Engine
• GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
• Cloud Storage
• VPC, Load Balancers, Cloud DNS
• Cloud SQL, BigQuery (basic understanding)
• IAM, Security Command Center
• Cloud Monitoring & Logging
• Cloud Operations Suite
• Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and container platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, security, and infrastructure design.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and cloud security frameworks.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
