About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Graphics to lead our creative production team. In this role, you will oversee all graphic design, large-format printing, signage layout, and fabrication file preparation. You will bridge the gap between sales, clients, and production—ensuring every sign, banner, and acrylic display meets the highest standards of visual impact, technical precision, and brand consistency.

Job Responsibilities
Creative & Production Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage the graphic design and production art team, establishing efficient workflows from concept to final print.
• Oversee the end-to-end design and prepress pipeline for custom signage, large-format banners, window decals, vehicle wraps, and dimensional displays.
• Conduct advanced technical reviews of print files, verifying color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), correct bleeds, cut paths for laser machine, and structural tolerances for substrates (acrylic, Sintra, foam board, metal).
• Set quality control standards to eliminate pre-production errors, spelling mistakes, and scaling issues.

Strategy & Client Collaboration

• Partner with sales associates and project managers to consult on complex client accounts, material selection, and large-scale branding rollouts.
• Review intricate site photos, engineering measurements, and architectural blueprints to approve accurate visual mockups and architectural renderings.
• Act as the final technical authority on typography, scaling, and high-visibility color contrast for outdoor and indoor advertising.

Team & Operations Management

• Manage design schedules, resource allocation, and project deadlines across a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Guide staff on advanced design software workflows and new fabrication technologies (e.g., UV printing, laser cutting, routing).
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within the creative department to optimize material usage and turnaround times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design workflow automation tools.
• Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of large-format printing, CNC/laser cutting machines, prepress operations, and substrate materials (acrylic, Sintra, foam board, aluminum composite panels).
• Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience with at least 2+ years in a team lead, art director, or graphics head role within the signage, advertising, or large-format print industry.
• Education: Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Eye for Detail: Exceptional proofreading and technical quality-control skills for high-visibility visual communication.
• Project Management: Proven ability to multitask, handle high-pressure deadlines, and manage a creative team effectively.
• Location: Must be a resident of Quezon City or nearby areas.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
