• Responsible for shop floor / production site management.
• Conduct production process monitoring and control to ensure stable operations.
• Drive efficient production execution while maintaining strict quality control.
• Promote lean manufacturing practices and facilitate cross‑departmental communication.
• Handle abnormal issues, carry out timely analysis, and prepare reports for management.
