What they need
Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that's just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we're transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You'll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You'll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you'll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we're building.
If you're motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you'll feel at home here.
About the role
You'll own a full branch of our Net Value Added metric tree and be directly accountable for moving a business outcome. Is about designing the integration layer across our entire commercial stack (Salesforce, Databricks, Gong, Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo) and building the autonomous agents that remove manual work between systems. The default question before we buy any new GTM tool is now "can we build this with AI instead?" and you'll own that answer.
What you'll be doing
- Design and build multi-system autonomous agents that move deals through stages faster, at higher close rates, or with less human effort — from deal enrichment to outbound automation to CPQ pipelines
- Own the full lifecycle of production systems end-to-end: deployment, incident response, observability, vendor management, adoption metrics
- Set technical direction for your pod on architecture trade-offs and AI governance; coach IC4 System Builders on complex integration patterns
- Embed directly in GTM workflows before building — translate operational pain into technical requirements and validate solutions with end users
What we're looking for
- 5+ years shipping production software at Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal level
- Proven track record building multi-system autonomous agents in production (not single-system assistants or demos)
- Hands-on experience building against Salesforce or equivalent CRM APIs: workflows, event-driven logic, data integrations across multiple systems
- Active practitioner of modern AI dev tooling: Claude, Lovable, Cursor, LLM APIs, MCP integrations
AI Fluency Level 4: You build AI-powered systems that others depend on in production. You read and validate what runs in production, you architect at the AI system level, and you make trade-off decisions between different agentic approaches. You're not prompting your way through this — you're engineering it.

Nice to have
- Prior experience building deal-room automation, quote generation pipelines, or lead-routing systems
- Familiarity with the Mews commercial stack or similar SaaS go-to-market infrastructure
