Responsibilities

· Lead a crew in the installation of seamless gutter systems.

· Install gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related components.

· Read work orders and ensure installations meet company quality standards.

· Safely operate ladders, lifts, and power tools.

· Train and mentor installation team members.

· Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.

· Maintain a clean and organized job site.

· Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

· Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience with gutter installation.

· Previous crew lead preferred or supervisory experience.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work at varying heights.

· Experience operating brake equipment is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

· Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
