Lead Gutter Installer

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of gutters and related building materials, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret technical drawings, and maintain quality control throughout each project. Your expertise in construction processes and customer service will help deliver exceptional results that meet client expectations and uphold safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise gutter installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards
• Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute installation tasks
• Coordinate with team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and troubleshoot on-site issues promptly
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively during installation processes
• Conduct quality inspections of installed gutters and building materials to ensure durability and compliance with project requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions or concerns about the installation process
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, measurements, and materials used using tools like tape measures and Bluebeam software

Experience

• Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction fields such as roofing, framing, or masonry
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating procedures
• Hands-on experience with construction inspection, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings
• Familiarity with building material installation including drywall, stucco, caulking, tile masonry, plastering, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and drywall finishing
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders safely, and measuring accurately with tape measures
• Background in remodeling projects or general construction site experience is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
