Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Renovation Carpenter to join our team in the Sarnia Lambton area. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for high quality craftsmanship. Our projects range from simple fences to complex finish carpentry in residential homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of carpentry work- from framing to finish work
• Execute both interior and exterior carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution..
• Collaborate with project manager, designer, and other construction professionals to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Renovation Carpenter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 10 years of experience in Residential Renovations.
