Lead Hand Construction Labourer

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Hand Construction Labourer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, hardworking, and capable of leading a small crew while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality on site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew on residential/commercial job sites

• Coordinate daily tasks and keep projects moving efficiently

• Perform general construction labour duties

• Read and follow site plans/instructions

• Ensure work is completed safely and to company standards

• Communicate with management, subcontractors, and crew members

• Train and mentor junior labourers when needed

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience required

• Experience leading a crew or acting as a lead hand

• Strong work ethic and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licence preferred

• Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

• Punctual and dependable

Pay: $200.00-$350.00 per day

• Construction: 3 years (required)

Language:

Licence/Certification:

• G2 or G (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
