Lead Hardware Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware for automotive/EV applications.
• Define hardware architecture and select appropriate electronic components.
• Design, develop, and validate analog and digital circuits.
• Develop high-voltage (HV) isolation and protection circuits for battery systems.
• Design and validate power supply circuits, including DC-DC converters and related modules.
• Ensure hardware compliance with EMI/EMC requirements and support testing activities.
• Perform schematic design, design reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with software, system, mechanical, and testing teams for product development.
• Support prototype build, hardware bring-up, and validation activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to automotive quality, safety, and reliability standards.

Job Requirements :

• 7-11 years Strong experience in BMS Hardware Development (Mandatory).

• Expertise in Hardware Architecture and Circuit Design.

• Knowledge of HV Isolation, Power Supply Design, and EMI/EMC.

• Experience in automotive or EV electronics development.

• 7 to 10 years of relevant hardware engineering experience.
