Duties

• Manage Open Table restaurant reservation system to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times
• Supervise and support host/hostess team, providing training and mentorship to ensure top-tier guest service
• Coordinate guest seating arrangements, accommodating special requests and managing table turnover efficiently
• Maintain excellent phone communication with guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring every visitor feels valued

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant hosting or front-of-house management roles with strong leadership qualities
• Expertise in restaurant reservation management software and table management systems, Open Table and Square a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette and customer service orientation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest needs simultaneously
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Deep understanding of guest relations principles to create welcoming environments that encourage repeat visits

Pay: $20.00 per hour
