Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, and housekeeping operations within our facility. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks.
• Lead, motivate, and train custodial staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality cleaning standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained to specified cleanliness and sanitation levels.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to assess cleanliness, safety adherence, and overall quality of service.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining team productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial work, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and staff supervision skills.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective managerial communication and team leadership.
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and janitorial processes is preferred.
