Your Mission

As our Lead Housekeeper, you'll do more than clean rooms. You'll help guide the housekeeping team, ensure quality standards are met, and make sure every guest walks into a room that feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for their stay.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example by cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
• Support, motivate, and assist housekeeping team members throughout the day
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality expectations are met
• Help train new employees and share best practices
• Keep supplies organized and ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are stocked
• Communicate maintenance concerns and guest requests promptly
• Work closely with hotel leadership to achieve guest satisfaction goals
