We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Housekeeper to oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance of our hospitality or commercial facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and quality control measures.
• Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks—such as industrial cleaning, janitorial duties, laundry services, and sanitation procedures—are performed efficiently and to company standards.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest or client concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities in a cleaning or janitorial setting.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills suitable for managerial roles in diverse teams.
• Experience with laundry services and industrial cleaning processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
