Lead HPDC Operator

I’m recruiting for an experienced Lead High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) Operator for a manufacturing facility in Bellevue, Ohio.

This role reports to the Production Manager and is ideal for someone who is a true HPDC specialist — strong technically, hands-on with the equipment, and ready to take on more frontline leadership responsibility.

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in:

✅ High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)

✅ Die setup, changeovers and process adjustments

✅ Troubleshooting casting defects, gating and venting

✅ Molten metal and furnace operations

✅ Automated casting cells and robotics — ABB, FANUC, KUKA or similar

✅ Training and mentoring operators

✅ Shift Lead, Team Lead, Senior Operator or similar floor leadership experience

This is similar in scope to a Production Manager role, but at a lower experience level and much more hands-on.

The key requirement is simple: strong HPDC experience.
