Lead HR

Job Overview:

A fast-growing real estate development company established in 2016, focused on commercial and residential projects in Hyderabad. The organisation has over 5 million sq. ft. of developments underway across key locations, with a strong focus on business expansion and quality developments.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to build and lead the HR function for a fast-growing organisation. The role involves establishing HR systems, policies, organisational structure, and a performance-driven culture while partnering directly with the Founder & CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the HR function from scratch, including organisational structure, HR policies, SOPs, HRMS, and governance.
• Lead talent acquisition, manpower planning, leadership hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Design PMS, KRA/OKR frameworks, compensation structures, increments, and incentive policies.
• Manage corporate HR, employee engagement, culture building, L&D, and organisational development.
• Oversee industrial relations, contract labour management, labour law compliance, POSH, and site workforce planning.
• Drive HR budgeting, workforce productivity, cost optimisation, and HR digitalisation across multiple sites.

Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as VP HR / Head HR / CHRO.
• Experience in real estate, EPC, infrastructure, or high-growth manufacturing/start-up environments.
• Proven track record of building HR functions and systems from scratch and scaling them with business growth.
• Must have experience managing both corporate employees and blue-collar / contract workforce.
• Should be hands-on, comfortable working as an individual contributor initially, and capable of building a team as the organisation grows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience reporting to senior leadership / founders.
