Lead HSE Engineer

• Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE management systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and local regulations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace dangers, proactively mitigating risks through effective control measures.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the development of corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
• Develop and deliver impactful HSE training programs, fostering a culture of safety awareness and promoting employee engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Holds relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing industries.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of international HSE standards and local regulations.
