Around The Clock is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Colorado Springs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can install HVAC systems correctly, lead a crew, and deliver high-quality work for homeowners.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Lead and train installation helpers and junior technicians
• Read and follow installation specifications and job requirements
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues in the field
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and company vehicle
• Complete installation paperwork and documentation
• Work closely with the sales, service, and operations teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous lead installer or crew-lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical, and refrigerant systems
• EPA certification
• Ability to read and understand HVAC installation specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
