Lead I - Enterprise Solutions (ServiceNow CMDB Developer)

Role Description ServiceNow CMDB Developer

UST is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a leading U.S. healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and platform administration across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and CWM modules.
• Configure and maintain Service Catalogs, Flow Designer workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
• Manage and validate CMDB, Configuration Items (CIs), and Discovery processes.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Perform data migration activities including Import Sets, Transform Maps, reconciliation, and validation.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and ATF.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve defects, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, release management, and production support.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong expertise in:

• Hands-on experience with:

• ITOM

• CMDB

• Discovery

• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

• Collaborative Work Management (CWM)

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.

• Experience with Flow Designer, workflow automation, and integrations.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and data migration activities.

• Understanding of ITIL processes, integration testing, and defect management.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD Certification.
• Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews.
