Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Integrations.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security and data management.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile project environments.

Integration Development

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop APIs and integration solutions using REST/SOAP services.

Support & Enhancement

• Analyze and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Support production deployments and post-release activities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Business Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Provide effort estimation and technical guidance.

Quality & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices.
• Maintain application security, data integrity, and system performance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new platform features.
