I’m supporting an industry leading organisation in the search for a Lead IAM Engineer to lead the development and operation of identity security across a complex enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role covering IGA, PAM and identity management, with responsibility for both technical delivery and developing the IAM engineering team.
We’re looking for:
- Strong IAM engineering and leadership experience
- Expertise with enterprise PAM and IGA platforms
- Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA and SSO knowledge
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python or similar)
- Experience operating within large, complex environments
