Lead Implementation Consultant (Brightflag)

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead complex enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring each engagement is delivered smoothly and aligns with customer business and technical requirements. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinate multiple projects at once, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to address integration needs and feature requests. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate detailed requirements into clear implementation plans and successful outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $188,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation process
• Manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, with a focus on project timelines and plans
• Assess customer business and technical needs to develop implementation plans
• Configure the platform to fit enterprise specifications and workflows
• Develop data migration strategies for large datasets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests and integrations

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in customer-facing implementation roles at B2B SaaS companies
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical and business challenges
• Familiarity with data ETL processes, SQL, RESTful APIs, and OAuth technologies
• Proficient project management skills across multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira tools
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with the ability to manage detailed requirements for complex projects
