Lead Infant Teacher

We believe in the importance of early childhood education and are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our Lake Orion team.

As the Lead, you will help foster curiosity, growth, and security during a child's most important developmental years. You play a vital role in the development and well-being of infants, leading the day-to-day activities with the support and collaboration of an assistant teacher to provide the best possible learning experience and care for infants utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

Position Details :

Status: Regular, full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Pay rate- $16-$20/hour ( based on certification or degree plus years of experience in Early Childhood Education )

Location: Onsite, Lake Orion, MI

• CDA (Child Development Associate) credential required
• Bachelor's or associate degree in early childhood education, child development or child-related field preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in an infant classroom required
• CPR Certification
• Willing to pursue higher education in accordance with NAEYC and Michigan Child Care Licensing guidelines for ECE Teachers
