Position: Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: Up to PHP 180,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• At least 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Active Directory, Exchange Online, Windows Server, DNS, and PKI
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Agile, Kanban, enterprise infrastructure architecture, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments and cloud-based solutions
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Hybrid Active Directory, Exchange Online, Windows Server, DNS, and PKI
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and system reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, security, networking, and cloud-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, AI initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement programs
