About the role
As a Lead Inspector, you will play a key role in overseeing inspection activities and ensuring the reliability, consistency, and quality of maintenance operations. You will be directly integrated into the Maintenance department.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise inspection activities
- Validate inspection findings
- Classify defects: Minor / Major / Critical
- Define inspection methodology
- Interface and approve inspection reports
- Recommend further analysis (FEM required or not)
- Ensure data is fit for engineering use
- Lead and coordinate inspection activities within the maintenance scope
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Review inspection findings, identify deviations, and support the follow-up of corrective actions
