Lead Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector who must have a strong knowledge of:

• Non-Conformance,
• RMA,
• Supplier CARS

Tasks to ensure products and services meet customer requirements and specifications.

This role supports the Quality Assurance Department and helps maintain high standards of product quality both from the Receiving of all Supplier to submission of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NCMR, from both internal, Supplier or Customers,
• Work professionally with team members across all departments.
• Complete special projects and assignments as needed.
• Support internal Corrective Actions and external SCARS.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
• Basic computer skills for accessing instructions, reports, and creating records
• Working knowledge of industrial math
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred:

• Experience with AS9100 Aerospace minimum of 5 years
• Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME)

Education Requirements

• AA or
• Certificate of Machining.

Pay: $28.86 - $34.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
