Lead Installer

Bluffton Builders is looking for a experienced bathroom remodeler and acrylic shower installer who knows they can lead, build, and run something better than what they're currently part of.

If you've installed "one-day" systems...
If you can remodel an entire bathroom without hesitation...

If you care about quality and speed...
If you pride yourself on customer experience...

If you're tired of broken promises, weak leadership, or cutting corners...

And if you've thought, "I could build this the right way if I had the chance"...

This is that chance.

You will start in the field as a lead installer, hands-on, day one. Side by side with ownership, you'll help build the in-house installation team for our one-day bath division, train installers the right way, and set the standard for how jobs are done across the Lowcountry.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing one-day shower systems and bathrooms to a high standard
• Training and developing new installers
• Helping recruit and build in-house crews
• Setting install standards, processes, and expectations
• Owning quality, speed, and professionalism on every job
• Playing a key role in scaling the production side of the business

Qualifications:

• Experience with one-day bath/acrylic shower installs (required)
• Leadership mindset and high personal standards
• Pride in craftsmanship and clean installs
• Desire to build a team, not just punch a clock
• Someone who wants long-term growth, not just another job
