Lead Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation processes, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and timelines.
• Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
• Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

Requirements

• G2 license
• 313D preferred
• Proven experience in installation work, with a strong understanding of relevant techniques and materials.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and management.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor as needed. Join us as we strive for excellence in every installation project!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
