Lead Installer

Immediate opening in a growing company for experienced installers!

Crew Leaders are responsible for managing a crew and installing windows, doors and siding products. Ideal candidates will have experience in related field or in the following areas: carpentry – window/door and/or siding installation – using metal brake – trim work – caulking – ladder/scaffolding work.

Crew Leader Responsibilities:

• Installing product to New York Sash Standards
• Directing production on each job site
• Providing training to installation workers
• Communicating with management and project coordinators
• Providing excellent customer service to each homeowner

Requirements:

• Previous experience directing a crew
• High school diploma or equivalent
• NYS Driver License
• Strong communication and teamwork

YOU DO NOT NEED:

• CDL or forklift license
• Any specialty certifications

Pay: up to $30 per hour depending on experience
