Lead Installer/Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, and mechanical systems, with the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the capability to work effectively in various environments. The Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and services meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine installation and Service requirements.
• Install HVAC systems, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on existing systems as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or as a service technician Lead in HVAC.
• Minimun 4+ years of service experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or field service roles is an advantage.
• Must be able to pass drug test
